Located in the seaside city of Callao within Lima metropolitan area, the project was constructed in accordance with US Standards and complied with local regulations and norms.  The project consisted in the construction of a Lab Support Building, with incidental design for fire suppression system, security systems, and external telecommunication main.  The new facility required detailed phasing and coordination with end user to have uninterrupted operations on the surrounding buildings within the same compound. Most materials and finishes for this project where imported from United States for specification compliance.
