Quezaltepeque and Jocotan are both remote locations of Chiquimula Department in Guatemala. A clinic and doctor dorms was built at each site, with their respective utilities.  Design considered all elements for medical and health services. The infrastructure includes a 450 ft well perforation for water supply.
